26 travertines we stock in a honed finish, including Walnut, Silver, Autumn Leaves. Honed is matte and smooth: calmer, less slippery, and better at hiding etching.

Is honed travertine good for floors?

Honed, tumbled and brushed finishes are the usual choice for floors; polished stone is beautiful but more slippery when wet and shows wear sooner.

Does it need sealing?

Yes. Seal natural stone after installation with a penetrating sealer and reseal periodically, more often in kitchens and showers.

Can I see it in person?
