What we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone and the details of your project when you email us, use the contact form, request samples, use the Custom Tile Creator or Custom Mosaic Creator, or chat with us on the site.

Technical information: when you visit, our hosting provider records the pages requested, the time, your browser type and an anonymized network address, as all websites do. We use privacy-preserving analytics that do not identify you.

Chat: the live chat on this site is provided by tawk.to. What you type in the chat window is stored by tawk.to and by us so we can answer you.

How we use it

To answer your questions, send samples, prepare quotes and fulfil orders.

To keep a record of projects we have quoted or supplied.

To improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising networks.

Who sees it

Our team. Service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, chat and shipping providers, who may only use it to provide their service to us. Factories and freight companies, when needed to produce or deliver your order. Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Project and order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the work and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Chat transcripts and sample requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@tribecastone.com. You can also decline the chat widget and reach us by phone or email instead.

The site is served over HTTPS. Information you send us is stored in business accounts protected by two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers through the contact form or chat.
