2.1 EXTERIOR STONE: LEDGER STONE & VENEER
A. Product: Tribeca Stone "Gilded Canyon" quartzite for exterior use.
   1. Supplier: Tribeca Stone, 104 Reade Street, New York, NY 10013; 212-518-3669; info@tribecastone.com; www.tribecastone.com.
   2. Material standard: Provide quartzite complying with ASTM C616.
   3. Stocked pieces: Ledger panel 9 x 18 in, About 3/4 to 1 1/4 in, split face; Ledger panel 9 x 24 in, About 3/4 to 1 1/4 in, split face.
   4. Finish (select): [Split face].
   5. Use: Facades, fireplaces, garden and feature walls.
   6. Note: Natural stone: color and veining vary. Approve samples from the production lot before ordering.
B. Installation: Install according to the project paving, coping and veneer details; where set in mortar, follow the TCNA Handbook exterior methods and ANSI A108.
C. Substitutions: Not permitted without the Architect's written approval.
